All members and non member racers,It is race time again. I just wanted to give you a few tech reminders. Tail lights must work and be on in all stock 120 classes. All suspension must be in stock hole locations in stock 120 and stock kitty cat classes. Stock class clutch drums must be unsanded and un modified in any way. Check your gears make sure you have the correct gear for the class you are running. Studs may only extend 3/8 over lugs. All front bumpers that extend away from the chassis must be padded. Reccomend at least 1/2 inch thick pipe insulation.Rear bumpers do not have to be padded. Please make sure all brakes and teather switches work. All sleds will have to pass pre race tech before hot laps. Please remeber it is a good thing to have to get teched at the end of the day. That means you are doing a good job with your machines and your kids are doing a good job riding. This year we need to make all new comers welcome. Pitch and help it you can. We also have been offering potenial new riders the chance to use a donner sled for amature class. If anyone can donate thier sled to have a new person try out let us know. Because we know as soon as they try it they are hooked. Any tech question let me know. Thanks Greg Bihner (head tech) jenniferbihner@msn.com Evenings 651-779-9968 Reply to this

Regarding the Polaris front shock issue. I have had some input that the little cee clip that holds the shock retainer washer on the shock is not readily available. As an alternative. I would recommend using a 2 piece locking collar around the shock body to hold the spring retainer in place.I think it is about 7/8 O.D. As long as the retainer is holding the spring in the stock location you will be ok.You should be able to get them at Grainger or Gopher Bearing. I will try to get a part number tomorrow. If anyone needs this. Thanks any questions give me a call 651-779-9968 Reply to this
